In the interest of transparency, I openly embrace today’s technology. I use AI as a tool within my creative process, working with it rather than allowing it to replace my work or thinking. Every illustration and project is refined, edited, and shaped by me to produce results I’m proud to put my name on.
Creating with AI also isn’t as simple as saying, “Hey AI, draw this.” Producing consistent, usable results requires understanding how to refine, manipulate, and edit what is generated. Without that step, you simply won’t achieve the level of quality families deserve.
I don’t believe AI will replace humans. What I do believe is that humans who learn to use AI will move ahead of those who choose not to. Technology has always evolved this way, and AI is simply another tool in that progression.
My real goal is to inspire young minds through color, play, and exploration. I care deeply about encouraging creativity while helping children spend time away from screens.
Each of my books is designed to bring kids and adults together. Every book includes a cooking recipe, a small STEM project, and moments that encourage children to involve the adults in their lives — often with prompts like “ask a grown-up to help.”
I want learning to feel like discovery, not like work.
On the back cover of Pawsome Purrfessions it says:
“In a world where you can be anything… choose kindness.”
That message guides everything I create, and I hope it reflects the spirit of the Pawsome Pack as well.
